When you submit a proposal request through our website, we collect:

• Your full name and email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your business name, website URL, and industry sector
• The services you are interested in, your marketing goals, monthly budget range, and start timeline

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to prepare and send you a tailored marketing proposal. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain proposal request data for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and, if applicable, conclude any resulting client engagement. Once your enquiry has been resolved and no engagement is in progress, we securely delete your personal data.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, pages viewed, session duration, and referral sources. Data is anonymised and aggregated; it cannot identify you personally. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device when you visit. You can opt out at any time using Google's browser opt-out tool.
